This has been a week of laughter. At my students' expense. I know that we are supposed to be supportive 100% of the time, but sometimes you have to let out a belly laugh at the creativity of your students' incorrect responses. Below you will find my top 2 favorite wrong answers of the week!

I had a good answer/response this week too. I gave definition and example of Apostrophe - when character has conversation or speaks to inanimate objects or dead people: Juliet to the dagger, etc. Student: - "oh! I get it - that's what you do to your Smartboard all the time when it freezes up and you call it names." Hey - at least they made a connection.
